The Dynamo team consists of four core teachers and four related arts teacher. We all share one common counselor, Mrs. Parzynski. The Dynamo team's #1 priority is LEARNING! We strive to teach students while understanding the unique attributes of middle schoolers. We welcome any questions that you may have. Meet the Core Teachers
Leesa Halcro - Social Studies
Education: BS in Social Studies with History and English minors from Montana State University-Bozeman. GO CATS! Masters Degree from Western Governors University in Curriculum and Instruction.
Background: Born in Great Falls and mostly raised here. Graduated from MSU in 2000 and have taught in the GFPS for almost two decades. Have taught both 7th and 8th grade Social Studies and English as well as Keyboarding. The owner of one disobedient dog name Sumo, faculty Representative of the NEA, and member of the MSU Alumni Association.
Hobbies: Enjoy spending time with family and friends. Am active in many community and volunteer projects. Love to travel, play softball and golf. Enjoy reading crime stories and classics.

Kent Carlson – Science
Education: BA University of Montana, Missoula, MT. Certified teaching of Biology and History. Master’s Degree Montana State University Curriculum and Instruction. Graduate of Federal Law Enforcement Training Center Glynco, GA and Montana Highway Patrol Academy, Helena, MT.
Background: Great Falls has always been his home.

Adrienne Culliton – English
Education: BA in Elementary Education & Special Education Endorsement from Carroll College; Masters Degree in Curriculum & Assessment from Concordia University Portland.
Background: Born in Bozeman, (Go Cats Go!) Raised a Great Falls girl. EMS Student Government Facilitator. CMR Cheerleading Head Coach.
Hobbies: Love traveling, cooking & baking, spending time outdoors, and reading.

Nicole Heintzelman - Math
Education: B.A. in Elementary Education K-8 endorsement, with a concentration in mathematics from the University of Great Falls. Master’s degree from Walden University in Mathematics.
Background: I am from Great Falls, and a product of the Great Falls Public School system. I attended East as a student, did my student teaching practicum here, and I am thrilled to call East my new home. Prior to moving to East I taught at West Elementary for 7 years. I have a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education, and a Master's degree in Mathematics. I have two boys. They are 4 and 2, and they keep my husband and I very busy!!
